Shipping Policy:
We deliver all orders via trusted courier services across Pakistan.
- Standard delivery time: 3-5 working days
- Delivery charges: PKR 200 nationwide
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 3500
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order tracking details.
Return & Exchange Policy:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
No Refund Policy:
We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds are not applicable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
